What can I expect in couples therapy?

During therapy sessions, we will discuss techniques that you can use to improve your marriage. Pamela will work with you to improve your communication, stop fighting, learn to listen to each other, and get closer. Is couples therapy the right step for me?

Therapy can help you and your partner or spouse cope with difficult situations that arise and provide tools that you can use to improve your relationship. Do you offer therapy for individuals?

Do you accept insurance?

We provide documentation for out-of-network services. Our services are an eligible expense for Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs).  Pamela will discuss her fees with you in your free 15 minute initial phone consultation.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Pamela understands that everyone has unexpected changes to their schedule. With advanced notice she will try her best to accommodate any schedule change you request. However, you will be charged for missed/cancelled sessions without 24 hour notice unless she can reschedule your appointment within the calendar week.

Payment

When you come in for an office visit, payment is expected at the time of visit. Venmo, cash, checks and credit cards (Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express) are all accepted. There is a 2.75% additional fee for using a credit card.  You will be given a receipt for your records or for submission to your insurance company.
